Minecraft Developer Will Face Bethesda in Court

Despite Minecraft developer Notch offering to settle things amicably over a game of Quake, it looks like Bethesda is forging ahead with its lawsuit. The company took issue with Notch’s use of title Scrolls for his upcoming game, which they feel infringes on their own game series The Elder Scrolls.
